My Story

Hi, I am a licensed social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families across the Greater Boston area. My work has spanned school systems, universities, and private practice — but at the heart of it all is one passion: empowering women through every stage of life.

I spent many years as a high school social worker, and I know how much teens carry beneath the surface. I help high school-aged young women navigate academic pressure, social dynamics, identity, anxiety, and all the big emotions that come with growing up — offering a space where they feel heard, seen, and supported. With college students and graduate students, I focus on the unique challenges of emerging adulthood — managing change, building independence, finding your path, and handling the stress that often comes with academic and life transitions.

In early adulthood and beyond, I support women in all the beautiful and complicated stages of life — whether you’re “momming hard,” navigating a breakup or divorce, feeling overwhelmed by the mental load, or just trying to reconnect with yourself. Life is a lot. You shouldn’t have to carry it alone.  I believe therapy shouldn’t be stiff or clinical — it should be a space where you can take a deep breath, show up as you are, and feel safe to explore, question, laugh, cry, or just be. Let me meet you where you're at, and together, we’ll work toward the clarity, strength, and growth you deserve.
